Beachlands House is a three storey 'town' house with a fully enclosed and secure rear garden - ideal for young families!  It also has a garage, making this an ideal holiday home for activity enthusiasts enabling storage of any water sports equipment or cycles.

The main living area comprises an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Diner - so making this a great social living space.

The Lounge is fully carpeted and equipped with modern and contemporary fabric sofas, walnut occassional furniture, a 40" HD LCD TV with Sky box, DVD player, WiFi Internet access, Music centre with MP3/iPod dock, and plenty of variable lighting, to suit your mood.  There are french doors with Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden and patio. There is even a Wii games console to keep kids of all ages happy too!

The modern and extremely well equipped Kitchen is fully fitted and boasts  modern equipment.  There is a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, plus smaller appliances such as electric kettle, toaster, grill, coffee maker etc.  There is also an abundance of 'kitchenalia' to suit the most adventurous cook.

A modern and contemporary dining suite completes this lovely open living area.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 with a travel cot for an infant.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite and is beautifully furnished with solid oak furniture including a king size bed.  This lovely bedroom is very tranquil and provides more than adequate storage for all your holiday clothing.

The second bedroom has the kids favourites - bunk-beds!  This gives the children room to play in their room, but there is also more than adequate wardrobe and drawer space for the children's clothes too.

The third bedroom is suited to older children or adults and has a day-bed with a pull out bed underneath, giving comfortable 'den' space during the day. Once again, there is loads of storage space for clothing.

Although you may not want to do your laundry whilst on holiday, a separate utility room enables you so should you wish.
